I'm enthusiastic about returning to this place in the future. The overall experience was exceptional, thanks to the breathtaking views, the attentive staff, the inviting lounge, impeccable cleaning service, and the comfortable rooms. However, it's worth noting that the elevator system can be a tad confusing at times, particularly with the additional residence elevators connected to the hotel. For fitness enthusiasts, be aware that while the gym is well-maintained with daily cleaning, some may find the weights to be a bit sticky for reasons that elude us. Nonetheless, these minor inconveniences don't overshadow the overall positive experience.

Location is good next to the mall. But honestly their services are as low as 3 stars Hotel. Extremely unwelcome staffs and rude. Especially in the noodles station at breakfast, I just asking for a warm noodles, the staff very unhappy and just answered me if i want then take the old cold noodles if don’t like and go away . I have never be treated in any hotel with that attitude. Rooms are old and untidy. Dirty and smell. No worth at all, never will be back. Capella is much worth.
