I really want to express my appreciation for the front office team for their kind and prompt assistance when we met with a dishonest taxi driver. Both team members so quick to speak to the driver when I asked for help. The driver tried to cheat us of double the original fare. Please see names in the key card sleeve and compliment them. Rooms were big, shower and bathrooms were clean and spacious too. everyone working there are smiley and it was such a great experience staying there. Too short but if we ever come back, Novotel Suites Hanoi will be one of our top choices.

It was my second time staying there. My first time staying was around 4 days and this time was more than 10 days. I was very pleased with various personnel I met there. Starting from frontend staffs and one in particular who was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. Noise level was low. Restaurant was good, some of the staffs remembered my preferences and their services were fantastic.
