The room has everything you need, and the staff is amazing. Me and my family stayed in the Studio Executive, the room size was huge, and we were able to take some local food back to the hotel and share with family.||The hotel location is perfect for me; it’s a bit far away from the old quarter but it is less crowded. There are many great restaurants and massages in this area also.||Lastly, I'd like to especially thank Annie at the reception; her professional service helped us a lot during our visit. She helped me make reservations for restaurants and always cared about our stays. ||I would definitely come back again next time. Highly recommended.

The room is very spacious and well equipped. Excellent for families. Located at the east bank of west lake, quite a numerous of high-end international restaurants in the area esp Japanese. Breakfast area is not big but the spread is reasonable. Only drawback is it is some distance from most tourist attractions hence requires a taxi to travel around.
