This is the worst place on earth. Most uncomfortable room. It is advertised as breakfast, but there is none. The breakfast is given from a street vendor at the next shop. You sit in the lobby and eat while everyone stares at you as the come in and out the hotel, aswell as there is 1 option only. Aswell as that, no such thing as even coffee or tea, let alone you have any hope of a fruit juice. I have stayed in Many hotels in Hanoi as I work here, however this will be one I NEVER return to. Please take my advise, it is not 4 starts as advertised, at best half a star. Aswell room service does nothing, could not even get the shower or toilet cleaned.
