My favourite hotel in the whole world! I’m not kidding. The amenities, location, views, and most importantly beautiful service staff and ambiance created make this a truly special place to stay. I would live here if I could! A special shoutout to Chloe from the Residence Club and Tam from the lobby, who exemplified the beautiful nature of all New World staff. Chloe is an incredibly warm and helpful staff who always made our day every time we conversed. Tam assisted us by personally paying for our arrive taxi when we didn’t have any cash with us and card was not an option, going above and beyond what would ever be expected. The exact same can be said of Chloe and the assistance she has provided. These are themes also truly shared by all staff we have encountered at New World, and it is the staff who make New World the wonderful destination that it is.

Excellent Hotel 10/10 great location all staff supper exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Residence Club (for little extra cash) on the 10th floor with free flow alcohol, great food 17.30 to 20.00 and light refreshments throughout the day. The service while staying on the 10th floor was 5 Star +++. Me and my family would like to send a special thank you to Hoa, Danh, Venus, Ho and especially Phuc (Lucid) for taking good care of us while staying at the New World.
