Great location, great facilities, great staff (super attentive, spoke very good English, offered early check in etc). The pool area deserves a special mention! Also the barman is super nice and makes wonderful cocktails! Breakfast and coffee are great, afternoon tea offers quite the selection of foods too. On the down side, the beds are double/queen (160cm) - we only booked 5 days in advance, so perhaps there is more selection if booking further in advance. The air conditioning also works a bit too well, and the unit is located right beside the bed. Over all, good value and would stay again.
We had a fantastic stay over 3 weeknights. The rooms are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, gym and complimentary afternoon tea with live musicians. The location is very convenient - we could access most tourist attractions and shopping areas just by walking. We had a very peaceful sleep despite a few bars being across the street. Thong the doorman was super sweet and always helpful. The person who checked us in at the concierge (possibly named Tracy) was also very kind and helpful. I would happily stay again in the future.
