The rooms are really spacious, clean and look freshly renovated. View from the rooms is amazing, looking right over the beach! The rooms are interconnecting so it’s a shame Nha Trang hasn’t quite figured out sound proofing rooms yet. Water pressure on the shower is great, very large head and hot water. Breakfast was a massive spread and plenty of Asian and Western food options and places to sit. Once you cross the road from the hotel you’re right on the beach and there’s a great little beach bar to the left of the property. The hotels free private chairs and umbrellas on the beach was a very nice touch and dedicated waiter. Unfortunately the pool bar is closed (we booked this property for the pool bar) and both the bar area and pool area are undergoing renovations. Also whole hotel ran out of towels on the first day of our stay which seems bizarre. The check out experience wasn’t great. We were charged for bottles of water which we thought were complimentary but weren’t-not a big deal though. Then when we left to wait for our taxi the receptionist ran out saying we haven’t paid for our room service. We thought it had been charged to our card automatically because we weren’t charged when we paid for the bottles of water. We were made to feel very dishonest by the staff which left a bad taste. This definitely isn’t a 5 star hotel by western standards so I would lower expectations but for the price point it was good.
