BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MŨI NÉ y’all… this resort is such a scam it’s so funny. like i have to add 20+ photos and videos because you won’t be able to fully comprehend how funny this resort is. it’s literally a joke. like an actual joke. we first drove into the resort. first impression: extremely crowded. there were so many tour buses and company buses (like the companies funded a trip for their employees). i was getting the feeling that i made a terrible choice. we then walked into the main lobby. second impression: legit tens and hundreds of company employees sitting, standing, and LYING around the sofas and even floors. some were even shirtless. i knew i made a bad choice but maybe the room couldn’t be that bad, right? WRONG. we booked the best room available to us - the family ocean villa. the advertised photos online look decent. the reality? it’s such a scam it’s so funny. when the receptionist checked us in and led us to our room, he was advertising how this is a “VIP room” and it was reserved only for “German VIP guests.” we were shocked when we walked in. third impression: dirt and dirtiness. the room was located in the upper floor of a building and there were 1 or 2 other rooms in that building. the staircase leading to the room had legit footprints. the room itself was very small. very dirty. i can’t even describe it - just look at the photos. there was dust everywhere: the bed, the bedside tables, the tv, the dresser, the floor, etc. the bathroom had some suspicious stains and particles. oh let’s talk about the balcony. it was big, but you wouldn’t want to spend over 30 seconds there. firstly, the door to the balcony was extremely rusty (photos below). there was a bathtub in the balcony that was dirty. the railing was very dirty and rusty. the cushions on the chairs outside were also rusty. one word to describe the balcony? rusty. bonus findings: - MOSQUITOES flying inside the room :) (not pictured) - mounts of dirty towels in the lobby (pictured) - random plants in the back of the lobby? - water everywhere in the lobby (it was raining lightly, but seriously?) also all the other places like pools and restaurants look like a kindergarten’s cafeteria and playground. messy and loud. we obviously wanted a refund and stayed at a different resort. it took us a good 15 minute trying to argue with the receptionist and a couple of calls to agoda and the hotel. we initially thought we had to send a detailed documentation to agoda to get our refund. however and gladly, the receptionist knew his hotel was bad and worked with agoda himself, so we got our refund that day and didn’t have to send anything. in summary, this place was so bad that i even cried because i booked my family a room here thinking it was good. don’t come here. it’s a scam.
