The hotel looks nice. The room is also nice but the hall was tooooo dark at night. They turned off the lights in some areas. Scary. The staff is really friendly. They provide the shuttle bus to the beach, which is thoughtful. Pullman also has its own place at the beach. The buffet is good. The location is nice. It's near many restaurants and a big supermarket.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Every staff member was nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and highlighted my stay. The hotel provided transport to the beach nearby and the taxi driver gave us his phone number to take us back (which he charged the hotel for) so that was nice. There's a shopping mall nearby so it was easy to go get food/ groceries. I consider this hotel very kid friendly and my whole family enjoyed it. We booked two rooms for 2 nights. I'm not sure why, after the first night, both our room keys were disabled and stopped working. We had to go to the counter and get all of our room keys (4) resetted, which was a small inconvenience. For a 5 star hotel I think the check out time is very early, 11am. Other 5 star hotels I've stayed, check out is at 12pm.
