A lovely peaceful hotel. Nice clean pool. Beautiful huge rooms. Friendly helpful staff who were very efficient at booking our boat tickets back to HCMC. |Now for the negatives: the free shuttle transport was one of the things that attracted me to stay at this hotel and on arrival we discovered that it was just a mini truck where passengers had to sit in the open air back. No seat belts and not safe at all to travel in this manner. Therefore we ended up getting Ubers and walking up the steep hotel steps.||Breakfast was disappointing on 3/4 days. There appeared to be only one person working the breakfast those days and although there was only 2 or 3 others having breakfast at the same time they constantly ran out of milk, muesli, fruit etc. The lady would refill the teeny tiny little jug of milk and then 10 minutes later would have to ask again. Same for some of the other breakfast products. Couldn’t find any water either.
