Feel at home. This is all and much more Hyatt has offered us as a family. The hospitality of the staff and management are outstanding standard.The moment you step in you feel welcome relaxed and at home. Service and facilities are great. Area where Hyatt hotel is you feel safe and closed to wherever you want to go

SLICE OF HEAVEN - From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly. The reception area even has a red carpet, lots of little peacefull lounge areas and a stunning snack bar with Mocktails and open kitchen Malay themed halaal restaurant. Upstairs, The Urchin Restaurant is for very special times for special friends to impress. Huge giant conference rooms area i was so surprised. About the hotel rooms - well, each and every one is unique and exceptional. fine furnishings, excuisite bathrooms, all the extra trimmings. My fav place in the whole hotel, besides the amazing terrace overlooking the Bo Kaap with special Malay food treats on Saturdays. You have to see the pool terrace!! My Pina Colada was made with love. I never wanted to leave. Thank you Hyatt Regency for reminding me what REAL five star hospitality is all about. Every day of the week they have foodies specials, such as half price wood fired pizzas at the pool terrace on a Wednesday. Free shuttle to the waterfront also perfect compliment. It is a no brainer, just stay here.
