The staff really made the difference for us at this small, very well run hotel. Elton and Sukinwa were attentive and took initiative as to what we needed. We were able to check in early to make a 12 noon appointment in the city, we had laundry done and delivered perfectly, we had delicious breakfasts and afternoon cake and coffee. The room had a nice balcony and comfortable chairs, the bed and other furniture were equally high quality. There was a coffee service in the room with nice options. A few hooks in the room would help. Also, a towel rack near the sink. However, the facilities, amenities, location, and staff are tremendous and we would stay here again with complete confidence.

This hotel is fab - the staff are very friendly and at the end of our stay we felt they had made such an effort to get to know us and went out of their way to help with queries. A small friendly hotel where you matter. ||Breakfasts are wonderful - hot choices and a good buffet selection. Loved the daily cake from 3pm. ||Location is perfect - safe to walk to waterfront area. You are a short walk down the hill to the Cape Town stadium and the road with restaurants and cafes around that. ||Room - loved the space and the modern touches esp the shower. Nice view from the balcony. ||I will stay in this hotel when visiting Cape Town in the future. Loved it. Thank you
