Adolphina, thank you for the check in on arrival and room changes as requested. Great service provided by friendly and caring staff during our stay. Free shuttle service to the Sandton Mall from the hotel. Great selection of food available at the breakfast buffet. Leilah, thank you for the wonderful coffee.

Attended an expo at the hotel. The food was exquisite, every dish was well prepared and the best I have had at any hotel. I would definitely like to stay to see if the hospitality matches the level of luxury that the hotel portrays.
